Our Foundation
Founded in May 2026, Shimizu Travel Design Co. was founded with a vision to redefine modern travel through thoughtful planning, cultural insight, and exceptional service.
Founded by Masako Shimizu, a travel professional with over 30 years of international experience and one of the first Japanese nationals to establish a travel agency in the UAE.
Our Heritage
In 2005, during the landmark Dubai Metro development,
a joint Japan-Turkey project. Masako played a pioneering role in supporting more than 200 Japanese companies and their employees.
Her work included travel coordination, visa processing, and relocation support between Japan and the UAE, laying the foundation for her expertise in Japanese-UAE travel operations.
